Communication and Resolution Programs (CRPs) are rapidly becoming the best practice across health care for preventing and responding to adverse events. An effective CRP can improve health care quality and safety, patient trust and satisfaction, and lower liability costs. Yet important barriers can reduce the likelihood of a CRP’s success.


In this engaging, interactive program, you will:

  • Learn the essential ingredients of a CRP, and how these programs differ from a traditional claims management strategy;
  • Explore the barriers to successful CRP implementation and how these barriers can be overcome;
  • Practice key CRP skills, including open communication with patients and peer for support for clinicians after harm events;
  • Develop a roadmap for your organization to take the next steps towards implementing a high-functioning CRP.
